#58: Bizarre Foods at Grand Central Market

Pork rib and Pork snout tacos

Do you like pig? How about pig snout?

Grand Central Market in Downtown L.A. is a porkophile's Valhalla. Just take a look at their bike rack: pig heads!

You can get every part of the creature here at little more than a couple bucks. While there are many stands to choose from, you've gotta try Las Morelianas for the ultimate trompa (pig snout) taco. Never had pig snout? Imagine salty, fatty, juicy pieces of pig that melt in your mouth. It's so good, you don't need any other toppings. While you wait, they give you a little sample to chew on.

If you're feeling adventurous, there are other offerings on the menu including liver, kidney, heart, skin, tongue, tripe and ears. Go ahead--put Andrew Zimmern to shame!
